Route description
From Galvarina refuge on, we leave the magma desert and enter inside a pine trees wood showing us its guest to the San Giovanni Gualberto refuge. It's just a short (4km) descending path.
Obviously, the refuge is closed. It's equipped with a picnic area for a bbq.
We miss just the last section: descending to the Ariel refuge.
