The "Five lakes" tour is one of the most beautiful path on the Adamello mounts. The trail starts from the Malga Nambino, reachable by car from Madonna di Campiglio. From there, the path goes along the Nambino lake (1768 meters asl) and then the lakes Serodoli, Gelato, Ritorto, Lambin, closing the ring road again at the Nambino Lake The maximum height is 2376 asl. Here we propose a slightly different path, which could be named "4 lakes + 1", a bit more expensive but less demanding :-)

Leave the car at the "Pradalago" cable way parking (the highest part of Madonna di Campiglio) and walk toward the town in order to take the cable way that is in the center of the village. Get off the cabin and follow the path no° 232 5 lakes tour, Madonna di Campiglio: the path no° 232, really close to the Ritorto lake 5 lakes tour, Madonna di Campiglio: Ritorto lake, really amazing. From here, there is a sharp rising section leading in the hardest part of the trail, very rocky and a bit narrow.

After 3 km, we get to the second lake 5 lakes tour, Madonna di Campiglio: the second lake: Nambin. It seems less beautiful than the previous one, but it's probably due to the different sunlight in this moment. We decide to have our lunch break at the third lake, the Serodoli lake 5 lakes tour, Madonna di Campiglio: Serodoli lake, very close to the fourth one: the Gelato lake 5 lakes tour, Madonna di Campiglio: Gelato lake. From now on, we follow the trail 226 5 lakes tour, Madonna di Campiglio: trail 226 leading to Pradalago. The Nambino lake is faraway in the landscape 5 lakes tour, Madonna di Campiglio: faraway in the landscape, but we think that 4 lakes are enough on a single day :) This last section is very rocky 5 lakes tour, Madonna di Campiglio: is very rocky, with a lot of bends, leading to Pradalago 5 lakes tour, Madonna di Campiglio: leading to Pradalago in 4 km from the last lake. Here we use the cable way to go down at the Pradalago cableway parking and close the ring road.

The whole path lenght is 10 km, with a 400 meters ascending difference in height.
