| Description | This beautiful route will allow us to discover the north side of the highest active volcano in Europe. During the hike, walking through some fairly challenging trekking paths, we will reach some beautiful viewing points, experience the thrill of entering into alava cave, walk on extinct volcanic cones, admire a centuries-old oak (about 800 years old !) and finally walk on the '92 lava which threatened the town of Zafferana Etnea. |
