Route description
It is an easy path from Marilleva 1400 to the Orti hut, almost at 1900 meters ASL. The high gradient and the regular bottom make it perfect for a Nordic Walking aerobic training.
So let's start at Marilleva following the signs for route 202 and also for for the Orti hut. Signboard are at every junction, is not possible to get lost. The path is totally inside the wood, the area is used to let cows grazing on summer area so you could easily meet grazing cattle on the path. The last crossroads are close to Val Lores area, next a bridge. From here the path leads quickly at the Orti hut. Many cows followed us but they will be sent back from the shelter managers :-)
Return can be done walking back on the same route. Another option is to follow directions to the Malga Panciana and descend to Marilleva using the cableway
