The path starts from Marilleva 1400. Follow directions to the Lake dei Caprioli until the sign for Lac de Stablo - Val Gelada.

The ascent proceed on a dirt road, before heading into the woods. There are a few nice spots on the path to the Lake Stablo, although the lake looks like a swamp: this is one of the few places in this area where mosquitos are very annoying, so it's better not to stop here and proceed to the Malga Artuick and the hut Artuick. There are a few nice flowers and chrysomelids on the path, but all in all the tour is not impressive.

The area is mainly used as a pasture, so we quickly decided to descend on a comfortable dirt road leading to the Malga Alta di Pellizzano, a nice place for a break and a slice of cake.

Keep in mind: there are 3 more km walking from here to return at Marilleva 1400.

For experienced hikers: it seems that to use all the rooms of the Hut Artuick it is necessary to ask for the keys in the town hall in Pellizzano, phone number +390463751128. From the Malga Artuick it is possible to reach Valley Gelata and Lake Gelato, in the Cinque Laghi - Pradalago area.
