The valley of the "Cento Cascate" (one hundred waterfalls) aka "Cento Fonti" valley (one hundred springs valley) is inside the "Laga" mounts, in Abruzzo. It's a ring path starting from the village of Cesacastina (Teramo). The length depends on how close to the peak of Mount Gorzano you want to go before you decide to close the ring; we walked for 10km, rising for 800 meters.

We reach the starting point Cento fonti hiking path: starting point, from here is possible to go in both directions. We go left, looking at a nice wood Cento fonti hiking path: wood.
